Vision
Every town needs a place that isn't home and isn't work. Somewhere families simply belong. Portland House is that place for Troon: room enough for first steps and slow coffees, for the noise of a Saturday and the calm of a Tuesday morning. We're taking a space the high street had let go of, and handing it back to the people who live here.

Portland House has studios and treatment rooms to let, ideal for wellness businesses and practitioners: pilates, yoga, spin, physiotherapy, aesthetics and more. A range of sizes, flexible terms.
